This giveaway is operated by Old Soul MFG (“Sponsor”) via WearOldSoul.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada, including Alberta, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Begins May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST and ends August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How To Enter

Purchase Entry: Each hoodie purchased during the Giveaway Period equals one (1) entry. No limit.

No Purchase Necessary Entry:

To enter without purchase, handwrite a minimum 250-word response answering:

“What does ‘Old Soul’ mean to you, and how does it show up in your life?”

Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Entries must be handwritten. Photocopied, printed, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are void. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 30, 2026 and received prior to the draw date to be eligible.

5. Bonus Entries

Participants may receive additional entries through promotional actions where offered. No-purchase entrants may also participate in bonus entry methods by submitting proof as directed by Sponsor.

6. Prize

One (1) 2023 Honda CRF110 pit bike with Old Soul graphic kit. Approximate retail value: $3,500–$4,000 CAD.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents will be provided.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will be conducted after the Giveaway Period and may be live streamed.

8. Skill-Testing Question

As required by Canadian law, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the winner.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Prize Delivery

Prize will be delivered, shipped, or made available for pickup as mutually agreed between Sponsor and winner. Sponsor is not responsible for additional costs beyond agreed delivery terms.

11. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that is incomplete, fraudulent, altered, non-compliant, or generated by automated means, or that otherwise violates these rules.

12. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Old Soul MFG, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

13. Privacy & Electronic Communications

By entering the giveaway and providing contact information, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

Where a participant opts in, including via website entry or email signup, they expressly consent to receive marketing communications from Old Soul MFG. Participants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in communications.

Personal information will not be sold or shared outside of giveaway administration and marketing use without consent.
